Susan Oldfield
Optometrist
(BSc Hons, MCOptom)
Susan has worked for Frost Borneo Optometrists since 2003. She qualified in 1988 after graduating from Glasgow (Caledonian) University. Susan covers all areas of optometry for the practice including contact lens work and working with children.
Jason Smith
Contact Lens Practitioner / Dispensing Optician
(FBDO CL)
Jason qualified as a Contact Lens Practitioner in 1994 and joined Frost Borneo Optometrists in 2008. He specialises in fitting all types of contact lenses and is also a qualified Dispensing Optician.
Karen Vincent
Dispensing Optician
(FBDO)
Karen joined the practice in 2005 having qualified in 1984 as a Dispensing Optician. Karen is also a trained Optical Assistant and carries out screening tests on a regular basis.
Dawn Munro
Dispensing Optician
(FBDO)
After taking a degree in English at Gloucester University, Dawn worked as an Optical Assistant for 2 years before joining us in 2005. She trained with us, and fully qualified as a Dispensing Optician after completing her professional qualifications in 2008. Dawn also helps run the contact lens department and carries out screening tests.
Kerry Whiting
Optical Assistant
Kerry is responsible for the smooth running of the contact lens department and has been with us since 1999. She is also an Optical Assistant carrying out screening tests.
Janice Stow
Optical Assistant
Janice is the newest member of the team. She works in reception, carries out screening tests, and is fully trained to perform Optomap retinal imaging and glaucoma screening tests.
